WHAT TYPE OF PARTIES DO YOU DO? TOP
We are a full service children's party planning company offering girly girl parties for girls' ages 4 to 12 with many themes to choose from. The girls have a fabulous time at a Sweet Sparkle Party! All of the themes involve dress up, glam sessions, and a tea services or party menu. Imagination and creativity is introduced in every party package through interactive games, party activities, and craft projects.
WHERE ARE THE PARTIES HELD? TOP
We are a mobile party planning company that brings the party to you! We currently offer parties in North Las Vegas, Las Vegas, and Clark County. Typically parties are held in your home. If you are securing a location outside your home, please check with us to see if the accommodations will work. If you are reserving a facility, complete kitchen facilities with close proximity to the party are required.
HOW DO I RESERVE A PARTY DATE? TOP
You may reserve a party date by completing a Reservation Form or you may contact us by email or via phone. Parties are booked on a first-come, first-serve basis. An event coordinator will contact you to confirm your requested party date and theme. Your party date is tentative once confirmed until a required $100 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is received. Deposit must be received within 5 days of confirmed party date to secure your reservation.
WHAT SHOULD THE CHILDREN WEAR? TOP
All costumes are made to wear over a child's own clothing; however, leotards, swimsuits, and/or spandex pants and t-shirts are recommended to facilitate costume dressing in a group setting.
WHAT HAPPENS IF A GUEST ARRIVES LATE? TOP
Because our parties are based on a predetermined schedule, they work best when all guests arrive on time. Guest arriving late may join the party at whatever point of the party activities have progressed. This is necessary in order to provide the least amount of disruption to the party.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO FOR THE PARTY? TOP
You will need to provide a safe and clean area for dress-up and party activities, tables and chairs for guests (if applicable), and space for the food. Provide a gathering place for parents of the guests who wish to stay and a smoke-free environment. The spa party requires sink availability and an electrical outlet is needed for the music. Remember to allow us parking on driveway or in front of your home for easy delivery access.
HOW LONG ARE YOUR PARTIES? TOP
Our parties are designed to keep guest completely entertained for 90 minutes to 2 ½ hours depending on the theme and package selected.
ARE BOYS ALLOWED? TOP
Boys are always welcome! And boys are encouraged to participate in party activities. We offer them a knight or a pirate costume to wear and we offer tattoo applications as an alternative during girl's glam sessions. Please advice if you plan to have boys attend your party so that we may properly prepare for them.
WHAT ABOUT UNEXPECTED GUEST? TOP
Our party packages cover only the guest of honor and her guests. Your final guest count is what we prepare for and we will not be able to accommodate unexpected guests.
WHAT ABOUT YOUNG TODDLERS AND PARENTS? TOP
All guests under the age of three must be supervised. We strictly provide entertainment. We are not caretakers/babysitters. Please be aware that we provide many accessories that contain small parts and are not appropriate for children under the age of three. Parents of guests are always welcome to stay and enjoy the party if there is ample room available without interference. Additional food and beverages for extra guests and parents is to be provided by the client.
