Policies
Payments: We accept PAYPAL, all major credit cards, debit cards, checks, money orders, and cash payments. You don't need to have a PAYPAL account to pay with credit or debit card. If paying by check or money order, the transaction must clear the bank before we start your order process.
Deposits: There is a $100 non-refundable deposit required to secure your party reservation date and time due within one week of confirmation date.
Balance Due: You are required to pay the remaining balance of the party prior to your event. If paying with check or money order, you need to pay balance due one week prior to party date.
Rush Fee: Party requests require a 3 week minimum advance notice. A rush fee of $50 will be applied to any party request with less than 10 weekdays advance notice.
NSF: There is a $35 fee for any check that is returned to us with non-sufficient funds.
Cancellations and Refunds: If you must cancel your party for any reason, we will gladly offer an alternative party date for your consideration. We will hold your deposit for a future booking base on availability upto one year. Your deposit will forfeit after one year.
Inclement Weather or Illness: In case of inclement weather or illness, Sweet Sparkle Party Boutique, LLC reserves the right to reschedule your party. If you choose not to reschedule and cancel your party, you forfeit the deposit.
Invitations: Invitations will be mailed after deposit has been paid. If a party is booked less than 3 weeks of party date, you may be given fill-in invitations and/or mailed to you instead of mailed out to guests.
Minimum/Maximum Attendance: Our parties are designed for 8 children minimum (this includes guest of honor). If less than 8 children attend, you are still required to pay for the minimum of 8 children. Our maximum attendance for any party is 12 children (this includes the guest of honor). A fee applies to each additional guest above the minimum of 8. See party package for set fees.
Boys at Parties: Boys are always welcome to attend a Sweet Sparkle Party! Please notify us in advance if you are including boys at your party so that we my properly prepare for them.
Party Times: Parties are 90 minutes to 2 ½ hours depending on the theme and party package selection. We will arrive one hour prior to party time to set up and will require at least 30 minutes for breakdown and clean up after the party. Please allow us space in your driveway or in front of your home for easy delivery access to set up.
Arrival & Departure Times: We suggest that the guest of honor and guests arrive no more that 10 minutes prior to the party start time. We appreciate your consideration and understanding.
Travel Distance: We will go up to 20 miles to party location within the North Las Vegas radius. A .65¢ per mile fee is applied to distance greater than 20 miles. (Map Quest will be used for mileage calculations starting from 3000 W Ann Rd)
Liability: We strictly provide entertainment. Sweet Sparkle Party Boutique, LLC is responsible for hosting your party and engaging the guests in constant party activities. We are not caretakers/babysitters. The client needs to remain close by during the duration of the party. Guests who wish not to participate will need to be attended by the client or parent. It is the client's and/or parent's responsibility to supervise and take charge if a child becomes ill or is under the age of three. We will provide you with the utmost professional service, respect, and care to ensure your home is treated like a castle. However, we will not be held responsible for accidental damages caused by guests. It is recommended that any precious belongings be removed from entertainment area prior to event. Sweet Sparkle Party Boutique, LLC assumes no responsibility or liability for accidents or damages. In the event of damage or loss of Sweet Sparkle Party Boutique, LLC inventory and/or damage or loss to the party's location, the financial responsibility lies entirely on the client.
Allergic/Medical Reactions: Should any of your party guests have food allergies, we recommend that the client or parent provide an alternative treat for that child. Sweet Sparkle Party Boutique, LLC is not responsible for allergic reactions or any other medical reaction stemming from the menu, wearing of costumes, or any activity taken place before, during and/or after the party. In case of any liability, the client is strictly responsible.
Gratuity and Tipping: Gratuity is not included and not necessary, but is always appreciated by the staff that serves you.
Changes: All pricing and party packages are subject to change without notice.
